Well! I am an executive chef again

Well after almost twenty five years as an executive chef in the field, and the last eight plus as an chef instructor. I am now both. A chef instructor at the Culinary Institute of America, and the executive chef at the Wine Spectator Restaurant at the CIA Greystone campus, a big job with lots of potential, and I will be serving amazing food and will focus on getting my kitchen bragade well trained.
