Peixe na Brasa

Ingredients

  • 3 whole red snapper, cleaned from scales and insides
  • leaves of cilantro and parsley
  • cumari peppers
  • Salt

Method

  1. Cut open and place leaves of cilantro and parsley, as well as cumari peppers.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and fold fish closed, and place in a grilling basket
  3. Grill until perfectly done, (about 10 to 12 minutes).
  4. Serve with molho.
