Greetings from Brasilia

I am working in the city of Brasilia the capital of my home country of Brazil this month. I am doing training/certification for some of the chefs from Senac. Training is going great and I am enjoing the dining scene of the city, I have tasted great cuisine and amazing regional specialties from the cuisines that represent many of the states from the region and their cooks that make Brasilia their home.
